Understanding the Effective 7 QC Tools and Quality Control Circle (QCC)

The online seminar aim to provide understanding on the fundamentals of 7 QC Tools and Quality Control Circle (QCC) and the importance of Quality Tools in process controls and improvements. Participants took away knowledge on effective implementation to analyze and interpret data for problem solving and the effective implementation of 7 QC Tools to be used for collecting data, identifying the root cause, measuring the results and use the tools as standard continuous improvement tools and methods. The 3 modules discussed are Introduction to the terms of quality, problem solving, and 'Plan, Do, Check, Act' (PDC), Awareness Module specifically in identifying 5 senses, waste, ideal state, and 'Safety, Quality, Delivery & Cost' (SQDC), and lastly 7 QC Tools including histogram, Pareto chart, check sheet, Fishbone diagram, Scatter diagram, control chart and graphs.
